Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quality Motion Control 709-138 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Gearmotors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Validyne product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the G59040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBN301256CB510U566 manufactured by Us-Gearmotors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Gearmotors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DP1520 by Manufacturer Validyne as well.

Spare units by Valeron such as 7150001 equipment made by Valeron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VACONX4C50250C by Vacon and 7150001 spares by Valeron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
